Mental health has always been a passion of mine. I spent the 6 years as a Title One Middle School Counselor. I have a Master's Degree in School Counseling and 18+ credits in Mental Health from Liberty University. I completed my undergrad at the University of Tampa with my degree in Business Management along with a minor in Psychology. I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Spring of 2018. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which I am extremely fond of and have witnessed great success with! I became a qualified supervisor to be able to share my knowledge with future therapists and create an environment that they can grow and thrive in! I love working with all age groups and enjoy watching each individual grow to his or her fullest potential. During my free time I love to spend time with my family, fish, boat, travel, and just enjoy the outdoors.

In 2020, 8 months after having my daughter, I was diagnosed with MS. It wrecked my world. With so many debilitating symptoms such has fatigue, vision loss, and mobility loss on the left side of my body, just to name a few, I was at rock bottom. I was a new mom, small business owner, and COVID happening, I had those hopeless thoughts, I had the “why me.” When I say I understand, I truly do, understand. But what I also know is that still showing up, saved me, using my supports, saved me, doing the work, saved me! I know what the other side of fear and doubt looks like and it is powerful. I would be honored to walk through this challenging season of life with you and regain hope and happiness.
