Hi, I’m Becka. I am a registered mental health counseling intern who specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate relationships, parenting, identity, and major life transitions.
Relationships can bring deep connection, but they can also bring stress, confusion, conflict, and painful distance. You may be preparing for marriage, trying to feel close to your partner again, adjusting to life with a new baby, or working through the everyday pressure that can build between partners over time.
I also support clients who are moving through personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, job changes, moves, and other major transitions. These moments can affect how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how grounded you feel in your daily life.
My goal is to offer a supportive, affirming space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we can work toward clarity, healthier communication, stronger connection, and meaningful growth.
Professional background
My clinical work focuses on relationships, including premarital counseling, marriage counseling, parental support, and the transition to parenthood. I help couples strengthen communication, reduce conflict, rebuild closeness, and develop relationship skills that support stability, trust, and intimacy.
I also work with parents navigating the changing roles, expectations, and stress that can come with raising children. This may include support around welcoming a new baby, building routines, managing sleep-related stress, dividing responsibilities, or staying emotionally connected while life feels full.
In addition to relationship and parenting work, I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for clients exploring identity, navigating family systems, coping with community stigma, or seeking a greater sense of belonging. My work is grounded in compassion, respect, and a commitment to helping each client feel supported as they move through change.

A collaborative path toward stronger relationships
I use an evidence-based, relationship-focused approach to help clients better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their connections. In couples work, I draw from the Gottman Method to support healthier communication, meaningful repair after conflict, and deeper emotional intimacy.
Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. We may focus on identifying what keeps you stuck, strengthening emotional awareness, improving how you communicate under stress, or rebuilding trust and closeness in ways that feel realistic for your life.
Whether I am working with an individual or a couple, I pay attention to the larger context of your relationships, identity, responsibilities, and life experiences. My hope is to help you build skills, clarity, and confidence that support both personal growth and stronger connection with the people who matter most.
